HISTORY
Pearson Ford - Indianapolis, IN Region Ford Dealer

Pearson Ford was developed in 1960 after John Pearson Jr. bought Cavell Ford on Cedar Street in Zionsville, Indiana. A short time later, after purchasing over seven acres of land, John Pearson Jr. packed up shop and moved to its current location at
106th and Michigan Road.

In 1973, John Pearson III, joined the Pearson Ford sales team. Two years later, John Pearson III had moved his way up to General Manager. After the passing of his father in 1981, John Pearson III followed in his father's footsteps and became the second President of Pearson Ford. Over the next decade, John Pearson III purchased over 23 acres of land for future expansion. In 1984, a new body shop was erected and a new two story building for sales and service followed in 1995.

Throughout the years, Pearson Ford has established itself as a leader in the automobile industry. Pearson Ford prides itself on outstanding service and quality sales. Our

I  just wanted to drop you a quick note telling you my thoughts on how Don handled my wife and I.  We had been to a few other dealerships before we came to you.  No other dealers we went to seemed either eager or willing to put any time into our requests even though we had said we were looking for two vehicles.  We had just an awful experience at Penske the other day and my wife suggested coming over to your place because she had seen a couple of cars that she was interested in.  She had talked to Don on the phone while we were driving to your place and expressed our desires.

 

Immediately upon arrival Don met us, had the keys and carfax reports ready for us to look at.  I'm the more easy going of the two of us but I will tell you that my wife isn't and she was immediately impressed.  Of course, as is so often, the first few cars did not meet our financing requirements but that did not deter Don.  He worked, it seemed, tirelessly to help us find what we needed and could afford.

 

Within a couple of days Don had found me a car in Ohio (Chevy HHR) and had it brought here.  I loved it and it met our financing requirements and I was extremely happy.  I had not gotten a vehicle since 1993 (Ford Taurus) and my car had finally burned out (at least I wasn't willing to put anymore money in it - ha ha).  It had 221,000 miles on it so I had definitely gotten my money's worth out of it.  But Don did not stop there.

 

Within a couple of days of me getting my car he found one for my wife (Ford Fusion).  We came up last night and closed the deal and my wife was very happy which is a feat in itself (ha ha).  For the first time in a few weeks my wife didn't have to get up at 5 am so that I could be to work by 6 am, I know that makes her happy.

 

Don's professionalism, courtesy, and simple caring to get us into our new vehicles has made both my wife and I customers of yours for I'm sure a long time to come.  Unlike my wife I'm sure I will drive this car until I absolutely have to get another one (as long as it gets me to and from work and to my grandkids events I'm happy) but my wife on the other hand I'm sure will be back at your door step for another car within 3 to 5 years.  Got to keep the wife happy.

 

There is no doubt because of the way Don handled us we will not only be repeat customers but we will also recommend your place to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and wants to work with the best.
